In Short

• Update and maintain the Regulatory and Consulting RFP master content repository.
• Coordinate with Consulting and Regulatory teams for proposal content.
• Support the contracting process and generate new contracts.
• Gather feedback on consulting and regulatory RFPs.
• Conduct research and compile competitive intelligence.
• Respond to client queries and prepare capability presentations.
• Develop slides for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Enter leads into the NBD CRM for Consulting.
• Assist with ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, client services, or content management.
• Understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Proficiency in Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, and Sharepoint.
