Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/d/m), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the user experience of our AI-driven legal solutions.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain features across our front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into reliable software.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code with a focus on maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Help improve engineering processes and workflows.
• Work within a Tech Team of around 32 people.
• Utilize a tech stack including React, TypeScript, Rust, and Python.
• Enjoy flexible working hours and 100% remote work within the EU.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major framework.
• Solid experience with server-side languages and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with NoSQL solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with microservices architecture and observability tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of common protocols used when interfacing with AI agents is nice to have.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
