Overview

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to work on major infrastructure projects in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

• Lead and supervise engineering product creation.
• Define problems and establish work scopes.
• Prepare budgets and schedules.
• Provide technical direction and report work status.
• Prepare structural designs for rail/transit facilities.
• Utilize CAD and structural analysis tools.
• Collaborate with CAD Designers and lower-level Engineers.
• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 8+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineer registration may be required.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with NY/NJ Rail Agencies.
• 3D Modeling Experience (Revit, etc.).
• Proficient in structural design software.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• No security clearance required.
