Tunneling Inspector - Remote

Overview

The Tunneling Inspector will be responsible for ensuring compliance with construction standards and methods in the tunneling projects in Dubai, UAE.

In Short

• Inspect site conditions for suitability of works.
• Provide practical advice on construction matters.
• Ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.
• Maintain records of inspections and executed work.
• Direct and oversee Inspectors' performance.
• Assist in preparation of “as-built” drawings.
• Observe and enforce site safety procedures.
• Prepare snag lists and handover completed works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 4 years of supervision experience, or Diploma with 7 years.
• Mandatory project experience in Tunnels using TBM and Precast Liners.
• Preferably with experience in Dubai, UAE, or GCC.
• Knowledge of computer software.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
