Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quality Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team! In this role, you will perform quality activities on assigned complex projects to ensure that products or services meet quality requirements.

• Perform quality activities on complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with customer and Parsons quality requirements.
• Provide Quality Systems support using ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct internal quality audits and manage follow-up activities.
• Facilitate internal and external quality audits.
• Review design documentation for compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate on quality policy and process development.
• Maintain compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
• ASQ Certification (CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE) or related certifications.
• Experience in quality engineering and auditing.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
