Overview

Parsons is seeking a talented Buyer for Early Works & Relocations to manage procurement activities for the Infrastructure Assets delivery programme at King Salman International Airport.

In Short

• Perform day-to-day procurement activities.
• Collaborate with vendors during the tender phase.
• Prepare bidder lists and issue Requests for Proposals.
• Analyze bids and prepare evaluation reports.
• Maintain procurement records and schedules.
• Implement best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement activities with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local content policies.
• Engage local and international markets for vendor registration.
• Contribute positively to meetings and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate degree required; post-graduate preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Prior project experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of procurement practices and regulations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, ACONEX, Oracle.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to influence and interface with clients.
