Overview

The Relationship Manager role is an integral part of the Relationship Management department at Xapo Bank, responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of both institutional and retail accounts, building relationships, and achieving defined revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing banking experience.
  • Exposure to the crypto markets is beneficial.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and relationship management.
  • Confidence in conducting meetings with clients.
  • Strong regional network in the UK financial services sector.
  • Understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins.
  • A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
