In Short

• Help enterprises shorten their time to value with Writer AI apps.
• Work closely with the Sales team during the evaluation process.
• Provide business and technical expertise for use-case validation.
• Ensure successful project outcomes and a seamless transition from pre to post-sales.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Writer platform and the AI landscape.
• Write scopes or statements of work for custom applications.
• Act as a resource for the implementation team and partner delivery teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical or professional services roles.
• Experience with Fortune 500 customers.
• Experience in generative AI transformations is a plus.
• Ability to work with high-level executives to achieve large deals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer outcome-oriented with a focus on delivering meaningful results.
• Experience working with multiple customer stakeholders.
• Based in the US, preferably New York or San Francisco.
