The Digital Production Designer will play a pivotal role in the production and execution of high-volume paid digital ads across multiple platforms, blending technical expertise, motion design skills, and creative vision.

Produce high-volume digital ads across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Search.
Develop motion and static creative assets using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, and Blender.
Create pixel-perfect designs and QA assets for quality assurance.
Collaborate with Performance Creative Leads to conceptualize and execute digital ad campaigns.
Manage deliverables from external creative agencies and provide feedback.
Lead brainstorming sessions for large-scale campaigns.
Generate competitor analysis insights to identify trends and performance gaps.
Develop creative briefs and oversee asset creation workflows.
Provide visual inspiration and conceptual support via mood boards and mockups.
Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging AI design tools.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in digital advertising.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital ad concepts.
Expert-level proficiency in motion design and digital production.
Deep knowledge of performance-focused ad design for paid media channels.
Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Strong project management capabilities.
Proven experience in managing and QA'ing external creative partners.
Ability to translate brand guidelines into high-performing digital assets.
Experience with 3D motion graphics tools is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies is a plus.
