WordPress Plugin Developer (PHP / React / TypeScript) - Remote

Overview

We're looking for an expert WordPress developer to help us build out a commercialized plugin that connects to our SaaS. You'll work alongside our team as the lead on our plugin project reporting directly to our CTO, and will have help from our full time devs as needed.

• Work on a commercialized WordPress plugin project
• Collaborate with a fully remote team
• Lead the plugin development reporting to the CTO
• Utilize skills in PHP, React, and TypeScript
• Deliver the plugin within approximately 6 weeks
• Involve fun AI-related tasks
• Good communication skills in English required
• Prefer candidates from North America, Latin & South America, and Europe
• No agencies, direct hires preferred
• Short-term contract with potential for longer-term hire

Requirements

• Experience in WordPress development
• Proficiency in PHP and React
• Strong UI/design intuition
• Good knowledge of frontend technologies and CSS
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Ability to work with object-oriented and functional programming
• Great communication skills, native English preferred
• Availability for at least 6 hours overlap with ET (NYC Time)
