We are seeking a highly experienced DeFi Ecosystem Strategist to identify opportunities, develop a roadmap, and drive the growth of our DeFi ecosystem on World Chain.

In Short

Conduct analysis of the current DeFi ecosystem on World Chain.
Develop a roadmap for growing the DeFi ecosystem.
Implement strategies to drive TVL growth.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Engage with leading DeFi protocols.
Track and report on ecosystem growth initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with DeFi projects.

Requirements

Extensive experience in the DeFi industry.
Proven track record of growing DeFi ecosystems.
Strong network of contacts within the DeFi industry.
Experience designing and executing incentive campaigns.
Demonstrated experience defining KPIs for ecosystem growth.
Ability to utilize data for monitoring and reporting.
Understanding that DeFi is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
Cross-functional experience in a remote work environment.
