Travel Coordinator, Temporary (Latin America) - Remote

Overview

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Support Coordinator to assist with travel logistics during a period of increased operational activity. This temporary role will provide critical support to WCK’s Safety and Security team, helping to book travel, coordinate with travelers, and ensure adherence to WCK’s travel-related policies.

In Short

• Assist WCK staff and contractors with booking travel.
• Ensure travel information is captured accurately.
• Submit travel information to safety and security vendors.
• Manage emergency rebookings and unpredictable situations.
• Send standard travel communications and reminders.
• Answer traveler questions regarding procedures.
• Track compliance with WCK’s global travel policy.
• Maintain updated lists of preferred vendors.
• Liaise with Safety and Security and Finance teams.
• Join coordination calls and take notes on action items.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
