Communications Manager / Investor Relations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Investor Relations / Communications Manager to support both internal and external operations of the business at World Business Lenders, a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

In Short

• Position is fully remote and contract-based.
• Working hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.
• Requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Supports the Chief Administration Officer and manages administrative functions.
• Acts as a deputy to the CAO, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
• Directly supports the CEO in Investor Relations matters.
• Manages investor communications and coordinates due diligence processes.
• Produces high-quality presentations and materials.
• Demonstrates professionalism and organizational skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and proactive.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Experience in investor relations or communications management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with presentation tools and materials production.
• Experience in administrative management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
