In Short

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers working across multiple platforms and products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and UX to drive features from concept to production.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications, microservices and APIs.
• Ensure high standards of engineering excellence and Agile practices across the team.
• Support the continuous improvement of engineering tools, processes, and culture.
• Manage technical debt and ensure platform reliability and supportability.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance on code, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Communicate priorities and plans to the team based on business and customer needs.
• Train/coach employees and develop plans for career growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with object-oriented languages (C#) and modern front-end development, specifically React.
• Proven expertise in designing and building APIs and service-based architectures.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in or leading teams in the Fintech industry.
