Clinical Psychologist (Bilingual) - Remote

In Short

• Provide telephone and video counseling in a single session, supportive crisis management, and maintain client confidentiality.
• Thoroughly assess clients to ensure suitability for short-term counseling.
• Evaluate and manage high-risk calls and work closely with at-risk individuals.
• Refer clients to external resources or within WPO as part of a holistic approach.
• Develop clear and concise treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
• Maintain clear, task-oriented clinical documentation in the case management system.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as deemed appropriate by management.

Requirements

• Licensed clinical psychologist.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counseling or mental health services.
• Experience providing assessments and/or using clinical assessment tools.
• Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counseling is a plus.
