Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of coaching and/or health and wellness experience.
• Certification from a recognized coaching program.
• Experience in mindfulness and resilience training is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reflective listening and motivational interviewing skills.
• Client service and analytical skills.
