As a Staff Product Designer, you will play a strategic role and be a model of excellence in your field, driving impactful initiatives and setting quality standards for the ShareGate product.

• Passion for simplifying complexity and continuous improvement.
• Experience in mentorship and proactive collaboration.
• Curiosity for emerging UX trends, especially in AI.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Excellent communication skills.
