Software Developer II - SG Migrate - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Software Developer to build ShareGate’s upcoming Identity Migration feature - our biggest step into infrastructure migration. You will be part of a newly formed team, working alongside senior technical leaders to shape this key product expansion and solve complex, high-impact problems.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers.
• Take full ownership of the systems and features you build.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Proactively suggest improvements and identify potential issues.
• Work within a mature .NET (C#) codebase.
• Develop and maintain features for a WPF desktop front end.
• Leverage established tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Join a supportive dev team focused on learning and collaboration.
• Help shape identity migration into a core part of ShareGate’s product offering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience delivering commercial products.
• Strong background in developing desktop or mobile apps using C#/.NET.
• Deep expertise in WPF and understanding of dependency injection principles.
• Familiarity with identity systems like Active Directory or Okta is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft APIs such as Graph SDK is a plus.
• Clear, proactive communicator who listens actively.
• Autonomous and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
