As a Site Reliability Engineer at Workday, you will be part of a passionate team responsible for supporting the development platform that enables Workday to run on the Public Cloud. Your role will focus on operational excellence, automation, and developing self-service tooling to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of software and systems delivery experience.
  • 2+ years of Development and Operations experience on a public cloud platform.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes.
  • 1+ year of experience with Go Lang, Python, or Java.
  • 1+ year of Linux Scripting experience.
  • Knowledge of SRE fundamentals (SLO, SLA, SLI).
  • Experience with monitoring solutions like Grafana.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with an automation mindset.
