Requirements

  • Proven experience with Financial Management or ERP systems.
  • 6+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in a customer-facing services role.
  • Background as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a SaaS company.
  • Track record of building positive relationships with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to chair meetings or host webinars.
  • Experience with issue resolution and customer concern management.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English and German.
