Sales Operations Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, business-savvy Sales Operations Data Analyst to own and enhance our dashboarding ecosystem using modern BI tools. This role will empower Workato’s Sales and Revenue Operations teams with actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making.

In Short

• Build scalable, efficient, reliable, and easy-to-consume front end dashboards within our BI application, Sigma Computing.
• Own and enhance core dashboards and reports.
• Document dashboards comprehensively.
• Balance short-term ad hoc requests with long-term analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering for robust data architectures.
• Act as the subject matter expert on key Sales KPIs.
• Partner with SalesOps leaders to identify insights gaps.
• Work cross-functionally with product and systems teams.
• Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating business-facing dashboards using modern BI tools.
• 5+ years of meaningful data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling.
• Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Sales operations experience is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Self-starter with systematic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent quantitative skills with experience analyzing SaaS metrics.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
