Requirements

• Strong technical skills in frontend development.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
• Ability to make key technical decisions.
• Good judgment and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with junior developers.
