Senior Consultant (Program & Product Development Design Manager - Mission Critical) - Remote

In Short

• Lead strategy development around DfMA and building-scale Product Design.
• Enhance existing client relationships to identify additional project opportunities.
• Demonstrate industry-leading expertise in building-scale Product Design and DfMA services.
• Manage a team of subject matter experts for high-resolution designs.
• Collaborate on complex projects with diverse teams.
• Work on innovative building products and systems.
• Focus on off-site construction and pre-fabrication.
• Provide technical design support and assist in cross-disciplinary design efforts.
• Involvement in projects from concept development to fabrication-level designs.
• Remote working opportunities available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering with 18 years of experience required.
• Master's Degree in Architecture or Engineering with 15 years of experience preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in complex projects with a focus on prefabrication/modular design.
• Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering detailing and systems.
• Knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
• Experience developing detailed drawing packages.
• Strategic design and leadership skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of product design software, including Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
• Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, Grasshopper, and Adobe Suite is a plus.
