In Short

• Lead complex, cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate steering committees and status meetings with key stakeholders.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies based on project needs.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Deliver regular updates and executive-level dashboards on project health.
• Track project budget and resource utilization.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years leading complex, enterprise-level programs.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize under pressure.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and ERP projects.
• Change management experience is a plus.
