• Work is expected to be done remotely.
• Seeking a Transformation Project Manager to support project management activities.
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and track project progress.
• Oversee coordination of projects and technology operations readiness efforts.
• Implement new commercial/configurable off the shelf (COTS) solutions.
• Develop full Data Management capabilities.
• Train on and migrate to improved IT processes.
• Manage Agile, Waterfall, and/or Iterative projects.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to facilitate group discussions.
• Provide knowledge transfer for project continuity.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Project Management industry best practices.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Iterative methodologies.
• Strong experience managing software implementation projects.
• Proficient in using project management applications.
• Knowledge of procurement processes.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Demonstrable experience leading large data migration efforts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Customer service skills including active listening and problem-solving.
