Requirements

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years in employee benefit communication strategies.
  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Publisher, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
