Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in engineering and construction projects in water/wastewater.
• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Construction Management; M.S. preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred.
• DBIA certificate is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and risk management expertise.
• Experience managing engineering and construction subcontractors.
• Knowledge of commercial and construction contracts.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
• Experience in proposal writing and project scope development.
