In Short

• Manage and conduct hazardous building materials projects.
• Conduct building surveys/inspections for asbestos, lead, PCBs, and mold/moisture.
• Oversee asbestos abatement monitoring projects.
• Communicate with clients and prepare proposals and task orders.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors.
• Perform quality control reviews.
• Write reports on project findings.
• Travel to job sites approximately 50% of the time.
• Work independently and within teams.
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
