Overview

The Assistant Manager - Finance will ensure compliance with accounting regulations, drive SLA adherence for invoicing, and identify performance improvement opportunities in the revenue and invoicing process.

  • Ensures correct application of rates for revenue recognition.
  • Accrues revenues as per IFRS/US GAAP guidelines.
  • Identifies automation opportunities in processes.
  • Handles audit queries related to accounting.
  • Maintains relationships with internal and operational stakeholders.
  • Requires relevant Master’s Degree (Inter CA / Inter CMA / MBA).
  • Basic analytical skills and IT proficiency required.
  • Fresher CA/CMA preferred.

  • Relevant Master’s Degree (Inter CA / Inter CMA / MBA).
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP packages (PeopleSoft/SAP).
  • Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
  • Self-motivated and professional.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
  • Desire to learn and improve skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
