The Supervisor I, Security is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security staff at The McLean Hospital Corporation, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and responding to emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in security or police training.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.
• Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred.
• Supervisory Certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
