Overview

The Stores Clerk is responsible for performing various duties in the Storeroom to receive, unpack, and issue supplies and equipment at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, part of the Mass General Brigham system.

In Short

• Full-time position at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
• Responsible for receiving and issuing supplies and equipment.
• Works under the direction of the Purchasing/Distribution Supervisor.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Data entry and database applications experience required.
• Material handling experience preferred.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
• Position part of the 1199SEIU Bargaining Unit.
• Onsite work location in Northampton, MA.
• Day shift with 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in data entry and database applications.
• Preferred experience in material handling.
• Experience with computer-based inventory systems.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and carrying heavy items.
