The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a large defense litigation firm, is seeking to hire a Full-time Subpoena Clerk for the firm's Philadelphia, PA office.

In Short

• Maintain the filing system and assist attorneys with subpoena requests.
• Review client guidelines for obtaining records from third parties.
• Draft Notice of Productions and Subpoenas when required.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices for costs associated with records.
• Review documents for accuracy.
• File and serve documents as required.
• Conduct follow-up on records via letters and phone calls.
• Maintain a log of all requests and actions taken.
• Organize cases and documents properly.
• Regular in-office attendance; remote work permitted per policy.
