Overview

The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. This role requires initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills to manage patients with complex needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required.
  • 2+ years RN experience required; Emergency Department experience preferred.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required.
  • Demonstrated observational skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to function under stress.
  • Knowledge of hospital standards in service and teamwork.
  • Flexibility in patient assignments and schedules.
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives.
