Overview

The Registered Advanced Nurse is responsible for developing educational programs, managing quality outcomes, and providing patient care in a clinical environment while participating in research activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree or in a Masters/DNP program nearing completion.
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 2-3 years of clinical education experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop evidence-based care plans.
• Leadership abilities for mentorship and education.
• Current Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist licenses.
