The Radiology Technologist at North Shore Medical Center, Inc. performs a variety of patient care duties to produce diagnostic imaging through the operation of radiographic equipment, ensuring exceptional patient care and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Radiography required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Registered Technologist (R.T. ARRT) preferred within 90 days of hire.
• 0-1 year of experience in radiology technology preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle stress.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiation physics.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to operational needs.
• Board eligible through the American Board of Radiology.
