Pharmacy Technician - Remote

Overview

The Pharmacy Technician at Mass General Brigham will perform a variety of routine support tasks integral to the pharmacy department's operation, under the direction of a staff pharmacist.

• Prepare and distribute unit dose medications and outpatient prescriptions.
• Maintain safe handling and integrity of medications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of hospital-related experience desired.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Familiarity with pharmacy practice settings and legal requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret complex instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, including standing and lifting.
