Per Diem Labor and Delivery Staff Nurse - Remote

Overview

The Labor and Delivery Staff Nurse is responsible for planning and providing high-quality patient care for labor and delivery patients at Brigham and Women's Hospital. This role requires a registered nurse with significant experience in acute inpatient care, demonstrating clinical skills and knowledge in managing complex patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current RN registration in Massachusetts.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required for newly licensed nurses.
• 4 years of recent labor and delivery experience preferred.
• Able to work every other weekend.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Membership in professional organizations is recommended.
• Certification in a specialty area encouraged.
• Basic analytic thinking and observational skills required.
