The Overnight Community Residence Counselor at McLean Hospital provides direct patient care for children and adolescents experiencing significant OCD, anxiety, and other comorbid diagnoses. The role involves managing therapeutic environments and supporting patients in their daily activities.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with Epic is preferred.
