Requirements

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or equivalent experience
• Nursing students who have completed fundamentals of nursing preferred
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond to patient and family needs
• Proactive in unit operations
• May not currently hold a valid nursing license
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Flexibility to work night shifts
• Strong communication skills
