Overview

The Multispecialty Critical Care Pharmacist at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing safe and effective medication therapy to patients in critical care settings, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care.

• Full-time overnight pharmacist position in critical care.
• Provides direct patient-centered care and medication therapy management.

• Schedule consists of seven consecutive days on, followed by seven days off.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.
• 2-3 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Board Certification in relevant specialty preferred within 18 months of hiring.
• Knowledge of pharmacy practice and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to assess patient data and provide age-specific care.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred.
• Must complete 20 continuing education credits annually.
• Physical ability to perform job functions, including lifting and standing.
