Overview

The Mental Health Technician at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring their safety and well-being, and supporting therapeutic engagement under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Completion of CPI training required within 30 days of hire.
