Overview

The EPIC Release Manager will lead all build and software releases for Epic at MGB Health Plan, coordinating application support and environment management while providing system expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight years in information systems, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in application support services and release management.
• Ability to manage projects, staff, and resources.
• Knowledge of Epic Payer Platform and related systems preferred.
• Certifications in Epic applications strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
