ED Registered Nurse - Evening/Night Shift - Remote

Overview

The ED Registered Nurse at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital provides compassionate and personalized care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

In Short

• Work in a 21-bed emergency department.
• Provide care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
• Participate in a team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Work 3-12 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a BSN and Massachusetts RN License.
• ACLS certification required by the end of orientation.
• Experience in emergency care is essential.
• Adhere to I.C.A.R.E. standards.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Work in a Magnet-designated hospital.

Requirements

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required.
• BLS certification required.
• ED experience required.
• 2 years’ telemetry experience preferred.
• ACLS must be obtained before the end of orientation.
• PALS preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Strong observational skills.
• Effective time and priority management skills.
