Overview

The Clinical Practice Lead RN will oversee the clinical operations of two Neurology practices, ensuring high-quality patient care and leading nursing staff in a collaborative environment.

• Accountable for interpreting medical care plans and assessing clinical decisions.
• Responsible for the leadership and oversight of clinical staff.
• Administer medication and monitor patient reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and vital signs.
• Collaborate with nurse managers to assess staff competencies.
• Demonstrate best practices for nursing staff.
• Participate in special projects and team assignments.
• Comply with all healthcare policies and standards.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Location is in Dover, NH.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in NH required.
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, OCN, NRP, and PALS certifications preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff.
• Problem-solving skills for patient care challenges.
