Case Manager, Emergency Department and Admitting - Remote

Overview

The Case Manager coordinates with healthcare professionals to expedite appropriate and cost-effective patient care, primarily covering the Emergency Department, Surgical Day Care, Medical Day Stay, and Admitting.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• No experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
• Experience in discharge planning and utilization management required.
• Knowledge of InterQual criteria preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
