The Antenatal Staff Nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital is responsible for planning and providing patient care in accordance with nursing standards, demonstrating initiative and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Demonstrated observational and priority-setting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Membership in professional organizations recommended.
• Certification in a specialty encouraged.
• Ability to demonstrate effective skills in teamwork and time management.
