• The IT team is looking for an IT Engineer - Compliance.
• You will report to the IT Manager and contribute to engineering and compliance activities.
• A generalist system administrator skillset is required.
• Experience supporting compliance and audit work, especially for FedRAMP, is essential.
• You will design and build corporate IT programs.
• Participate in service desk tasks and support the team on-call rotation.
• Lead architecture and control creation related to compliance requirements.
• Develop compliance policies and training.
• Engage in project management lifecycle activities.
• Integrate various SaaS products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT roles.
• At least 2 years focused on FedRAMP or compliance-related activities.
• Experience with productivity and collaboration tools.
• Fluency in network technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Motivation to teach and learn.
