Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Wisdom is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play an instrumental role in the early stages of our product. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process, from user research and UX flows to pixel-perfect UI.

In Short

• Work closely with a small team to bring new products and features to life.
• Conduct user research and gather data to inform design decisions.
• Build and user test wireframes and prototypes.
• Translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Collaborate with engineers to address design questions during implementation.
• Advocate for users throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in the design process from start to finish.
• Contribute to a remote-first team culture.
• Engage in a high-impact role reporting to the Head of Engineering.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI/product design.
• Experience at an early-stage startup or as the sole designer on a team.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch).
• Familiarity with prototyping and user testing tools.
• Experience working closely with engineers.
• Strong product mindset and user empathy.
• High level of autonomy and ownership.
• Willingness to learn from mistakes and do small tasks.
• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise software products is a plus.
• Formal education in design is beneficial but not mandatory.
