• Seeking a Senior QA Engineer focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Responsible for validating A/B tests and ensuring accurate tracking.

• Perform end-to-end QA for CRO experiments across platforms.
• Debug front-end issues impacting experiment performance.
• Document QA findings and validation results clearly.
• Identify risks related to user flows and site functionality.

• Work 3–4 hours during EST for collaboration with the US team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in CRO testing.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of tracking validation with analytics tools.
• Proficiency in debugging JS, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with BrowserStack and Postman.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to implement experiment variants in testing tools.
• Understanding of responsive design and performance optimization.
• Ability to debug dataLayer issues and console errors.
• Knowledge of A/B test risks and asynchronous scripts.
