  • Experience managing retention campaigns via various messaging channels.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing technical setups.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation and automation.
  • Solid understanding of bonus structures and loyalty programs.
  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in A/B testing.
  • Background in data-driven CRM strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
